Bangalore and stray dogs....

How many times have you been chased by stray dogs at night in bangalore city?? Be it while you are walking or going on a two wheeler.At first I was shocked to see this much no of stray dogs on the road.Some enquiry to local people made it clear....authorities are helpless...many a times there had been lot of hard situations that arised ..even pack of stray dogs attacking very small children and killing them.

Bitter fact is that the animal lovers never allow to kill these dogs.Offcourse stray dogs are the most endangered species in India and they need to be protected under wildlife act ... guys please wake up..please think about it...Is there no importance for human life compared to stray dogs in India.In developed countries if my pet dog barks in a db level greater than what is acceptable for my neighbor.. he can take me to the court and make me pay fine and move my dog from the place.

I am writing this not because I hate dogs or I am against animal lovers....But something should be done in a city like Bangalore where 60% of people travel back home from office late night.Sterilizing the dogs are not effective....it will never work...not that I don't believe in the medical system...but it is not possible to catch all the dogs and operate upon them.People if you have got any suggestions please post here....All entries welcome....
